My approach to mum, baby and the rest of the family is linked to my way of living as well, I have been practising yoga
for a few years and lots of mums ask me about helping them to keep fit after birth and to avoid post natal depression, we do it through the practice of some gentle exercises and meditation.
I am also a yoga teacher for kids and families so when I work as a nanny I also teach the kids some poses and relaxation through funny games and from time to time some parents join us
too.
For me diet and healthy eating are really important, if the family wishes I can support them with my knowledge.
My training is ongoing, to improve and to give an excellent service to all the families who hire
me, and mainly and most importantly because I love what I do.
